Jonathan Pascaris is a licensed architect in Ontario, and graduate of Ryerson University’s Master of Architecture program. During his 11+ years in the construction industry, Jonathan has performed as both Project Lead in architectural studios, and Project Manager in construction offices. His love of design is coupled with a strong desire to work closely with builders and trades to ensure project briefs are optimized, and design integrity preserved. Below is a summary of his experience.

2023-2024 Project Manager, Whitaker Construction

Performed as Project Manager for the construction of various custom homes in the GTA. Projects include 32 Glen Cedar Rd., and 129 Lord Seaton Rd.

2019-2023 Project Manager/Designer, Structure Corp

Performed as Project Manager for the construction of various retail boutiques in Ontario and British Columbia.  Client’s included Alexander Wang, Aritzia, Balenciaga, Cartier, Celine, Ferragamo, Gucci, Montblanc & Thom Browne. Performed as Lead Designer for the OVO Metrotown store in Burnaby, BC and the Montblanc Temp Store at the Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto, ON.

2016-2019 Architect/Project Lead, BDP Quadrangle

Performed as Project Lead during the construction documentation and contract administration phases of the 99 Gerrard St. West project (a 32 storey, mixed-use building) in downtown Toronto.

2014-2016 Project Designer / Intern Architect, Prellwitz Chilinski Associates

Performed as Project Designer for the conceptual and schematic design of the Hingham Moorings condominium in Hingham, MA, the 182 Western Ave. apartments, in Boston, MA and the Walker Park apartments in Roxbury, MA.  Was a core team member during the CD and CA phases of the 17-storey 105 S. Huntington apartment in Boston, MA.

2012-2014 Intermediate Designer, Architects + Research + Knowledge Inc.

Performed as Intermediate Designer on a number of commercial and institutional projects including a five-storey office building in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, a lifestyle center in Barrie, Ontario, a Jewish community center in Vaughn, Ontario, and an office plaza renovation in Ottawa, Ontario.

 2007-2009 Junior Designer, Queen’s Quay Architects International Inc.

Assisted with the schematic design of the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal in Anguilla, the International Airport in Kigali, Rwanda, a 24-unit townhouse development in Picton, Ontario, and renovations to the Yorkdale Mall in Toronto, Ontario. Contributed to the construction documentation of the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport expansion in Nairobi, Kenya, and the Grantley Adams Airport Expansion project in Babardos.
